About Michal
Michal is a web app developer who specialises in startup projects: getting the first version of a product live quickly, with the core features done well and nothing the users do not need.
He works with LEAN methods and agile development and focuses on the functions people use most, so that they take as few clicks and as little time as possible. In his experience, most medium-sized projects can launch within two months and then grow with the features users really ask for.
He prefers web apps and PWAs to apps that must be downloaded and updated – the same idea behind BonusQR, where customers can keep their loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet without installing anything.
