Step 1: Scanning the QR Code
The first step for customers is to engage with the BonusQR system:
- The customer scans the QR code available in your store using their smartphone.
- Alternatively, the customer can open the BonusQR application, click on the QR code icon, and show their unique QR code to the staff.
Step 2: Staff Scans the Customer's QR Code
When paying, the staff needs to:
- Open the QR code scanner in BonusQR APP on their smartphone.
- Scan the customer's unique QR code.
- Enter the number of times the customer has ordered the collected item.
Step 3: Tracking Loyalty Progress
In the loyalty system:
- After the Scan, the customer will see the number of items deducted from their accumulated points so far.
- The customer will also see how many more items he needs to accumulate to receive the coupon.
Step 4: Earning a Coupon
On the customer's next visit:
- The customer shows their QR code during payment.
- The staff scans the QR code and enters for example the number of items, which will be enough for the customer to receive a coupon.
Step 5: Using the Obtained Coupon
To use the received coupon:
- The customer clicks on the received coupon within the BonusQR app.
- The customer shows the staff the special QR code of that coupon.
- When scanned, the staff will see that this is a special coupon and give the customer one item for free.
- The redeemed coupon disappears, and the collecting can start again.
