Which features are included in the free plan?
The Free plan has no time limit and no cap on customers. It includes 7 loyalty program types, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet cards, the customer app, statistics, the scan history and news shown in the customer app.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers can use your loyalty card in the browser, keep it in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, or install the BonusQR app for iOS or Android if they prefer.
Can my employees use BonusQR?
Yes. Basic includes up to 5 employee logins and Premium has no limit. Each employee scans customers' QR codes with their own login and sees only their own scans, without access to your customer list or loyalty settings.
Can I connect my online shop?
Yes, from the Basic plan you can connect WooCommerce or Shopify. Customers who are already in your loyalty program earn rewards on online orders and can redeem them at checkout.
Does BonusQR work for several locations?
Yes. From the Basic plan you can run several locations under one brand, with one shared loyalty program or a separate program for each location.
How much does BonusQR cost?
You can start on the Free plan, which is free forever. Basic and Premium are billed monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly, and longer billing periods cost less per month. You will find current prices in your currency on the pricing page.
