How to add loyalty program - cashback

In this tutorial, you will learn how to add a new loyalty model in the BonusQR admin panel of type: Cashback.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log In to Your Manager Account

Visit the BonusQR admin panel at https://app.bonusqr.com/login.

Enter your manager credentials to log in.

2. Navigate to the Discount Offer Section

Once logged in, go to the section labeled "Discount offer".

3. Add the Cashback Module

Find the module titled "cashback" in the Available options.

Drag and drop the "cashback" module to the "Active offer" section.

4. Configure the Cashback Section

A new configurable section will appear in the "Active offer" area.

Specify the amount of percent for the cashback. For example, enter 10%.

How Cashback Works?

Every time a customer pays and shows their QR code to the staff:

• The staff enters the amount of the bill into the BonusQR system.
• The customer receives the specified percent of that amount as cashback to their account.

Finalizing Your Program

By following these steps, you have successfully added a loyalty program of type: Cashback. Your cashback offer is now active and ready for customers.
