In this tutorial, you will learn how to add a new loyalty model in the BonusQR admin panel of the type: Collecting points for visits. Follow these simple steps to set up your loyalty program.
Step 1: Log In to Your Manager Account
First, you need to log in to your manager account on the BonusQR admin panel. Click here to go to the login page.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Discount Offer" Section
Once you have logged in:
- Go to the section called "Discount offer".
Step 3: Add the Collecting Module
In the "Discount offer" section:
- Drag and drop the module titled "Collecting" from the Available options to the Active offer section.
This action will add a new configurable section to your active offer.
Step 4: Configure the Points Collection Type
In the new section:
- Choose the option "for the visit" from the dropdown labeled "Type of points collection".
Step 5: Specify the Visit Requirement and Coupon Details
Next, you need to set the visit requirements and define the coupon:
- Enter the number of visits required for the coupon. For example, 5 visits.
- Specify the name of the coupon in the next field. For example, the coupon can be named "Vine".
The final loyalty program will be: After the 5th visit, the customer receives a coupon for a free Vine.
Step 6: Additional Options
You can further customize the loyalty program by specifying additional options:
- Add a note for the customer explaining the restrictions of the coupon or any additional information on how and where the customer can apply this coupon.
- Specify the validity of the obtained coupon. Options include unlimited, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or 365 days.
Step 7: Save Your Settings
Make sure to save your settings to apply the new loyalty program.
