How to add a loyalty program collecting per spent amount

Welcome to the BonusQR tutorial! In this guide, you will learn how to add a new loyalty program of type "Collecting credit for spent amount" using the BonusQR admin panel. Follow the steps below to set up your loyalty program.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Log In to Your Manager Account

  1. Open your web browser and go to the BonusQR login page: https://app.bonusqr.com/login.
  2. Enter your manager account credentials and click "Log In".

Step 2: Navigate to the Discount Offer Section

  1. Once logged in, find and click on the "Discount offer" section in the admin panel.

Step 3: Add the "Collecting" Module to Active Offer

  1. In the "Discount offer" section, locate the "Collecting" module in the "Available options" list.
  2. Drag the "Collecting" module and drop it into the "Active offer" section. This action will add a new configurable section to the active offer.

Step 4: Configure the Loyalty Program

  1. In the new configurable section that appears, find the dropdown menu labeled "Type of points collection".
  2. Select the option "for spent amount" from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: Specify the Spending Threshold and Coupon Details

  1. In the field provided, enter the amount after which a customer receives a coupon. For example, you can enter "30" for 30 euros or USD.
  2. In the next field, specify the name of the coupon. For example, you can name the coupon "Pizza".

Example Configuration:

  • Amount: 30
  • Coupon Name: Pizza

This configuration means that after spending 30 credits, the customer receives a coupon for a free Pizza.

Step 6: Add Additional Options (Optional)

  1. Expand the "Additional options" section.
  2. Here, you can specify a note for the customer. This note can include restrictions of the coupon or instructions on how and where the customer can apply the coupon.
  3. Additionally, you can set the validity period for the obtained coupon. The options are:
    • Unlimited
    • 7 days
    • 14 days
    • 30 days
    • 90 days
    • 180 days
    • 365 days

Step 7: Save Your Settings

  1. Once you have configured all the necessary options, make sure to save your settings.
  2. Your new loyalty program for collecting credit for spent amount is now active!
